高达1000 MHz的高分辨率探头
PVA TePla为声学绘图和分析提供了出色的探头应用频率,超声波频率高达1000 MHz。这意味着在合适的样品上可以实现低至0,8 µm的分辨率。PVA TePla所生产的高频超声波探头是以蓝宝石透镜技术和ZnO压电材料的活性元件为基础,频率范围为100-1000 MHz,可完美满足最多样化的高分辨率应用。
这些特殊的透镜是专门为分析薄层而开发的,但它们也可以用于定量声学显微镜。在该情况下,瑞利波被诱导到材料表面以下,并使用v(z)和f(v)曲线进行分析。通过正确的傅里叶分析,表面波速度(瑞利波)可以以超过0.1%的精度进行测量,从而可以局部测定弹性模量或剪切模量。
